Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Courses

Refund requests for courses may be considered within 3 days of purchase if the course has not been significantly accessed.

Duplicate Payments

Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded after verification.
